"Very clean and great employees. The hotel is a little run down but it meets all the important criteria for a hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, good service, good proximity to Fredonia College. "

"Misleading info on description of hotel. Breakfast is no longer available. Hasn't been for some time. That needs to be amended. Almost clean, but there were dead bugs behind bathroom door. Cleaning needs to be done on both sides of the door."
