The grounds, the service, the food, the ambiance is a perfect combination for a top tier adult getaway. But words don't do it justice when it comes to the personal butler upgrade!! Ralston, Kaden and Gary have made each and every day and night special from checking in daily, securing items and/or experiences for us, nightly turn down service, ironing services for our dinner plans, a beautiful romantic bath setup for a late night rendezvous in our jacuzzi and the list goes on! Huge thank you to Chantal at the front desk for taking care of us at check-in ensuring we received beyond 5-star service and also to our concierge Georgina for her added bonuses as well!
