"The hotel staff brilliant in reception and bar. I chose hotel for location and the Spa looked amazing online. I arrived late and was disappointed that the Spa closed at 7pm and reopens 9am so didn’t get to use it. The reception kindly opened gym for me but couldn’t use the fantastic Spa. The GYM is being renovated and has signs advertising this so that was fine it looked tired, however no wipes or towels to clean down equipment. I had to ask for iron as none in the room and again reception...

"A wonderful hotel! Stayed here for two weeks and it was a great time. The hosts are very welcoming and take the time to show you where everything is. Very eco friendly and right next to the The Point red line tram stop. That made it very convenient to get into the city center. Would highly recommend and will likely book with them again whenever I come back to visit Dublin!"

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....
