"We were very happy with our vacation at the RIU. The room was very nice it’s an incredible view of the Caribbean. We had several concerns at first, but the issues were quickly resolved. "Inclusive property. Only complaint: Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait 2 hours. After that it was great! Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. You have to sign up for the restaurants on their website on day one of your trip as they book up fast. During our trip they had limited staff available, but the buffet’s were terrific as well. It would be nice if they could have extended the pool hours to the evening as well. Great place, highly recommended!"
