"The location was superb, the proximity to get to everything was spot-on. The cleanliness and updated amenities and bathrooms were appreciated. The towels and bedding and beds were clean and comfortable for a 4-night stay. We used the dishes to make meals and loved the ice-maker in the fridge. Definitely felt like enough room for the 4 of us in that space and close to everything we experienced in and near Duluth. The only suggestion I would have is to get a different/bigger couch in the main...

"We were truly amazed once we got inside. the pictures did not do this property any justice. Loved having everything we were going to do only minutes away. Earth Rider right below did not disappoint, and the bar noise was not bad at all. Property management was extremely quick in any issues we had, both in communication and action. "This property was good for an overnight in Superior and a far better option than any hotel, especially for the price. The neighborhood is quiet. However, this is a lower level unit and there were people staying in the upper unit with heavy footing, which was quite loud in the middle of the night (not much for sound barrier between the two units). In addition, this is an older property and pretty drafty.Overall, we thought it was very clean, liked the modern furnishings and the location was ideal...

"This was a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway with a partner! The main space was cozy, it felt safe in a downtown area, and we loved the pretty view! Host is communicative and helpful. The place was very clean, besides a few makeup stains from previous guests on a pillow and towel. Still, I recommend! "

"This is by far the nicest placed we've stayed in Duluth and we visit often to see our kids. Large loft that felt like a real home with everything needed. We cooked and hosted Thanksgiving for 4 ppl and it was wonderful. Great location above Superior st and easy walk to many places."
