"Very comfortable, well appointed and well suited to our group of 5. Beds were excellent. Several very nice little extras such as coffee pods, a small snack basket, and bath essentials. Kitchen was well equipped (a colander would be a good addition as well as more than one dish towel). Dishwasher instruction that the door must be closed before end of 'count down' would also be helpful. Clean approach to decorating was appreciated by all in our group. "

"We were in Duluth to watch the WCHA Final Faceoff at AMSOIL arena. It was perfect to be just 5 minutes from the arena and the aquarium (we are members). The apartment was so peaceful. Our kiddos played games at the table, colored, watched the boat docked with the binoculars. We all cuddled up on the couch for a movie. The beds were very comfortable. The layout is great as we could visit as we got dinner ready. I would love to return in summer and see the beautiful gardens. "

"Husband, 12 yr old daughter and myself stayed in #3. Very easy access to everything, so it’s a great location. Accommodations were good for coming and going while visiting Duluth. Everything we needed was available. Lots of linens. Comfy bed and couch. Pillows are very full and stiff so bring your own if that’s a preference. "

"I loved the easy entry to the property. Using a number I know instead of something I would need to remember makes it a breeze. The amenities were great. Very clean. The rug in front of the main door kept getting caught under the door because of the fluffy carpet which was inconvenient so I moved it. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!"
