I was aware that this was an upstairs apartment and we'd have to be mindful of lower level renters, but "Quiet Hours" were listed in the apartment rule book as 10 pm to 8 am. We had to get ready to go to the bog in the pre-dawn hours, so we crept around like mice. Would stay again though, since it was a good value for the area."

"This was perfect for us, visiting grandparents for Christmas. Fantastic location for anything you want to do in Duluth, and perfect size for our family of 4! (And can see it working teally well for 6, with pull out bed). Clean and comfortable, will stay here again!"

"Husband, 12 yr old daughter and myself stayed in #3. Very easy access to everything, so it’s a great location. Accommodations were good for coming and going while visiting Duluth. Everything we needed was available. Lots of linens. Comfy bed and couch. Pillows are very full and stiff so bring your own if that’s a preference. "

"The house was just right for us while we visited family in the area. It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to. There are steps up to the entry. Two separate bedrooms, one with a bunk bed that has a full size on the bottom. The mattresses are very firm but we're comfortable. "

"It was a very nice little place, the neighborhood was a little rough, but nothing unreasonable. My only complaint was given a garage parking spot which was labeled for our unit however a truck was parked in that spot the whole trip, would like parking to be available when said it was. However there was an outside spot available. "
