The bedrooms opened out onto the main Albertville to Annecy Road, and so were quite noisy (with the back balcony doors open) from about 6am. Fine in autumn and winter, not so good on a hot summer night, I would suspect. It was a base from which to explore elsewhere: Duingt itself isn't a tremendously lively place, and not very well served by restaurants. Not having a cafe...
