Amazing service especially at breakfast. The food was top tier and I didn’t expect it to be that good having stayed at very expensive hotels in Dubai before and going for a more budget option. The concierge was helpful when booking desert safari and the front desk are always welcoming. Will definitely be back for a winter trip as the only downside is no pool/resort facilities for use in summer

Our check in was at 3pm but the room was available at 11am, this was great as we arrived very early. Staff was amazing. Every day at breakfast we was looked after by Ahmar who was probably one of the best member of staff there. The gym was a nice size and the manager Thilina was very helpful and went out of his way to give us training advice.

Business or Holiday - a good choice for both
I often book my colleagues into this hotel. It is very convenient to get on and off SZR. The location is ideal for both business and holiday. The lobby is a bit small, which doesn't give the grandiose Dubai feel. However, it makes up in cleanliness and vicinity to Marina.
