"When we checked in it went great until we got to our room, the room hadn't been cleaned, dirty towels in the bathroom,bed stripped and nit made. I calked the front desk and told them about it and we needed another room. They gave usanother room, had to call for towels, then later had to go down to thefront desk for coffee, cups, and water glasses. The lady (Crista) kept apologizing i told her it wasn't her fault they need a new house keeper. Wehave staryed here for years but this place...

"Room was booked and we arrived fhe same day. Since we arrived late our room was cancelled. Employees had no idea how to get the reservation re-entered. Reserve a whirlpool suite and was not given the correct room. "
