"We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and the location was great for that. It was too early for the pool to be open, but we were disappointed that there wasn’t anywhere to relax in the sun since it was warm and sunny while we were there and we wanted to enjoy being outside since we came from a cold climate at home. There was a patio with tables and chairs outside the breakfast area but it only got sun late in the day. The breakfast buffet was acceptable and pretty typical for free hotel...

"After rustic cabins that we completely enjoyed, this hotel stay provided all the comforts as we road-tripped thru the farm roads, highways, and byways to our destinations. Friendly staff. And the breakfast was great! "

"We loved our stay at The Alexander. It’s quiet & off the beaten path, but a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit—Wimberly, Austin, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, etc. Our cabin was super cute & perfect for our family. The outdoor space was really nice as well. Highly recommend! "

"We wanted to stay close to Hudson’s and it was within walking distance. Host communicated right away on all texts. You have to coordinate coming in and out of gate. We had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and was offered dinner up to 1030pm. Two beautiful dogs roam the huge yard."
