"What a great find up in the hills. It was very quiet when we stayed, no one in the other units but this was great for us as we had the hot tub to ourselves! The accomodation was spacious with a modern bathroom, toiletries and separate toilet. Robes were provided and 4x water which after a long drive was ideal. The facilities looked great for a weekend away but we didn't get to use them; pool, bar, restaurant, axe throwing and games room. We popped into the little shop at reception which was nice...

"Breakfast was handy for us as we ate before heading out for the day and then we able to afford a nice dinner at a local restaurant. Could have used a daily towel refresh however."

"We wanted to stay close to Hudson’s and it was within walking distance. Host communicated right away on all texts. You have to coordinate coming in and out of gate. We had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and was offered dinner up to 1030pm. Two beautiful dogs roam the huge yard."

"My family and I had a wonderful time at Camp David Retreat for Thanksgiving. It was 10 of us with 4 kids and 6 adults. We comfortably all fit and enjoyed all the on campus amenities. David and Wendy were incredibly responsive with our needs as we were preparing Thanksgiving feast away from home and we found the house well equipped. The kids loved the old school Nintendo games and pickleball courts. We highly recommend!"

"10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime."
