Absolutely perfect romantic nature getaway

"The property was exactly as listed. We have stayed in a lot of different rentals and this by far felt the most like home. The attention to details like spices, yeti cups to use, condiments in the fridge all really added up. The real show stopper is the property. Overlooking a gorgeous creek with cliff swallows aplenty and crystal clear water with all sorts of activities provided like kayaks, floats and a canoe. The view of the dark sky is also note worthy. Even with it being 2 days til a full moon"

Fantastic Fun Farm

"I would give this place more than 5 stars.This place is nicely decorated, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and the host left us breakfast, treats, & a gift. So nice to have those extras when we arrived.The house is in the country so you will need to drive alittle ways to get food but is close to Hamilton pool and Pedernales Falls. We would definitely stay here again. "

Incredible stay!!

"I know it’s hard to trust reviews sometimes but hear me when I say I was so relieved when we arrived at the property. It’s really well maintained, and you can tell a lot of care is put into it. There are fresh towels, soap in every bathroom, clean beds, and the floors were spotless (something I care about as a shoes off homeowner type of person). When I had questions (and I had a lot of them), Scott and Ewa always responded promptly while we were on the property even though it was on the weekend.The location is a little bit remote but it’s okay because the house is so fun. We had all sorts of ages at the house and everyone had something fun to do - playing air hockey to pickleball to grilling to lounging at the pool. The only thing I would “warn” about the area is that the roads can be a bit windy and visibility is lower at night. I would recommend arriving during the daylight so you get a good look at which entrances to take/how to get there. "

Quiet and Secluded

"Great place to unwind with the family and enjoy the outdoors. Dealing with the management company is a bit of a pain: you pay a booking fee with VRBO, but the remaining balance via the management company's app. It doesn't always work, requiring some back-and-forth via their message system. At the time of booking, you're basically agreeing to full time monitoring by the company, but I only saw a single outdoor camera while staying. The home is great but could use a little TLC. Some amenities like the fireplace and outdoor shower weren't functional at the time of my visit. The mattresses may be a bit overdue for replacement, some of the blinds need a bit of repair, and the main bedroom fan remote was missing with the speed locked to "hurricane mode." The lower recreational area needs a bit of a cleanup as well with some maintenance on the equipment. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives: amazing view, quiet location, with a lot of activities to keep the family engaged. "

"Couldn't of been happier. Quiet, secluded,scenery on property. Close to area sites, towns and stores etc. Only downfall would be a bit dangerous for little ones, due to dried up stream bed with a slight cliff. Great for older kids to go explo oldertexplore. "

Crazy great - just what we needed

"My wife and I had a perfect evening. It was a magical escape... incredibly beautiful views of the hill country under a mostly full moon. The bed was perfect and had a great nights sleep. Grilled out with some easy to grab kebabs from the local HEB. Felt like I was in the middle of nowhere - completely relaxing and quiet. Enjoyed the fire pit, rooftop, and hot tub multiple times... wish I was still there. Makes me want to build an outdoor shower at my home :) Perfect little break - can't wait to come back!"
