"Overall impression very positive. New property built in urban redevelopment area of East Austin. I liked the “green build” energy and water use efficiencies incorporated into the room. An adjacent parking garage was helpful. The first time approach to the entry is awkward and confusing. However, once understood makes sense. Checkin desk staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast self-serve buffet very fresh and ample. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I would stay here again. "

"Everything about the East Austin Hotel was amazing. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. It was a dribble at best. I did not bother to call maintenance as we were only there for two days."

"Extremely clean, beautiful room and GREAT location! There is some local bars/entertainment nearby in walking distance. You can hear the music at night but it last much past 10:00 pm or so. I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect for 1 night stay. Lobby and common areas are shared with Thompson Austin. Staff were helpful, pool patio bar was great for a drink, and room was very efficiently designed. It was a bit loud on a Friday night, but there were ear plugs provided on the side table. "

"Overall a really good stay for quick and easy access to the airport. The airport shuttle was the primary reason for booking and it was well worth it. The hotel is kind of older but the staff is nice and its clean enough for a one night stay "
