"There are not many lakefront places to rent in the Finger Lakes that either (a) are not truly lakefront because a road stands between you and the water, or (b) don't have a zillion steps down to the water. This cottage, at 37 Seneca Street in Dresden, is truly lakefront, with a lawn down to a pebbly beach and a dock. "Location was amazing, restaurant was too and the room was comfortable. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they resolved it immediately. The only complaint is the pool, to say it is tiny is an understatement, if that is an important amenity for your stay you'll be disappointed. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and the lake and area around the hotel are beautiful. "

"The hotel was fine. Intend to rate hotels lower by a star if the rooms don’t have USB ports. Travelers today have phones, motorcycle helmet communicators and hearing aids. A lot of devices that need to be charged."
