"I stayed at this hotel two months ago and was genuinely impressed. While I considered trying the Hilton, I find it hard to resist returning here. The reception staff is professional, proactive, and attentive, making everything run smoothly. However, housekeeping could improve by replenishing the coffee machine with water. Overall, the room was clean, and I enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the Aromatherapy Associates products. When I checked in, I requested room 710 instead of 1610, and the front desk staff took the time to accommodate my request. I also had a wonderful brunch at La Blondette—the omelette was delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and service. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. It’s located downtown where it’s very busy but the hotel is very safe you can’t get in unless you have a room key or the front desk lets you in! If you like to party there are clubs every around you. Their are a lot places to dine as well…"
