"This hotel was fantastic. The front desk agent, Kelly, who checked us in was pleasant and very helpful with everything. We brought out 2 dogs and Kelly suggested getting our room close to the elevator for easier access for them which was a lifesaver. The room was spacious with the king size bed and lounger in the corner. The bathroom was large and so was the shower. The hotel also had a continental breakfast which made our mornings. Kelly made sure to ask us what we were in town for and then...

"They only service your room if you request it but they don’t tell you that at check in. By the time we got back to the room and realized that (maybe 2:30pm) we were told nobody was in the hotel to service anymore. They next day we requested service but didn’t happen because not enough staff. Other than that a nice stay. Good location and would stay again. Hotel bar is decent but isn’t open during the day and closes a touch early "

"The rooms were really nice and cleaned and they give u free water at the start which is nice. The food is overpriced though , but besides that my stay was very enjoyable. "

"Staff was friendly, room was a little - mostly headboard area- one day the room cleaning /towels etc never happened (even though we did not have a do not disturb sign on door). Staff was able to recommend restaurants near by. "
