"Great property with great staff. I have always stayed at the Embassy Suites honestly in the past and that did not work out this time so I chose this hotel and it was awesome! new favorite! The staff was super friendly and helpful which is key to me and the hotel was also great! Will be booking here again in the future for State dance and not at the Embassy."

"I booked this stay for a friend for her birthday. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and gracious in making this a very special stay. I am particularly grateful for David at the front desk who did such a remarkable job and worked with me at every step of the way to make sure my friend's stay was special. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Such amazing care and hospitality. My friend said the amenities were excellent, but for me, it's really about the staff, especially David, who were so, so kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Hotel Ivy."

"This is our favorite MSP hotel- it's beautiful historic building, has classy art-deco interiors, great restaurant Manny's on ground level and cocktail bar on the 30th. The observation deck gives look at the skyline from Minneapolis' first skyscraper. (romantic). NOTE: Check hours of observation deck to make sure you can get up there. "

"Lack of parking. Had to park at hotel across the street and pay $35 per day when customers staying at that particular hotel received free parking."
