"They only service your room if you request it but they don’t tell you that at check in. By the time we got back to the room and realized that (maybe 2:30pm) we were told nobody was in the hotel to service anymore. They next day we requested service but didn’t happen because not enough staff. Other than that a nice stay. Good location and would stay again. Hotel bar is decent but isn’t open during the day and closes a touch early "

"connected to convention center where daughter played volleyball tournament.. This was very convenient and made the trip easy and stress free. Room was cleaned daily and ice on every floor was a plus. Lounge was utilized as well as the coffee shop. walking distance to restaurants and fast food (ie chipoltle) would definately stay here again. "
