"This hotel offers great value in a prime location. The staff is friendly, and the amenities, such as the coffee shop and bar, are a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, they were a bit stingy with toiletries and didn't provide washcloths. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking to stay downtown, close to the event center and other entertainment options."

"Lack of parking. Had to park at hotel across the street and pay $35 per day when customers staying at that particular hotel received free parking."

"We got the upgraded suite. Many bulbs out. Shower didn’t get hot. Had space heaters in the room to help keep up but scary to think how cold if they weren’t in there. I think with some TLC to the rooms, it would be great. Just wasn’t worth the price as some of the “upgrades” were not operating properly. "

"The hotel itself is nice. The rooms comfortable and the beds heavenly, of course. Having a Starbucks on site is a plus. But the hotel is wildly understaffed. We stayed a week and the room was maybe cleaned twice. This meant there was no coffee when we woke up since it hadn’t been refilled. And the restaurant and bar were ridiculously understaffed. One waiter for the entire place also serving as the bus boy. Covid is over folks. Time to hire people. "
