"Lovely hotel. Our room was spotless and surprisingly, very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is parking is kitty-corner, across the street from the hotel which could be tricky for anyone with mobility challenges. There is temporary parking in front of the hotel entrance where you can pull up and quickly unload luggage. We tried not to forget anything so we didn’t have to make any extra trips back to the car. Overall, a very good stay, friendly/ helpful staff and reasonably priced. "

We were very touched and impressed! We loved our room and it was the perfect spot to settle after our travels After we left we realized we'd forgotten some things and house keeping had them and was very responsive and helpful in arranging for us to get them back I have rarely been able to recover forgotten items from a hotel! SUPER IMPRESSED And grateful!! Parkside will definitely be my choice to stay when I come to Victoria! "
