"Excellent location! Hotel needs a bit of fixing up. Maybe the hotel took a hit with the hurricanes… staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Experience was great! Hotel is a bit older. At least on the 6th floor with a veranda. I cannot comment on the pool area as my husband and my kids were mostly on the beachside. Brought our 14 and 17 old. They want to go back :) Great place! We will be back! "

"This property is charming, comfortable, and clean! This was our first stay at the Hollander Hotel. We visit St. Petersburg at least once a year, and the Hollander will be our accommodation of choice going forward. The hotel has the charm of "old Florida" in the middle of a modern city. We stayed in a king standard room, which reminded us of European hotel rooms we have stayed in over the years. Very comfortable and clean, but on the smaller size. Next year, we anticipate upgrading to the King Suite. The staff was very professional, accommodating, and welcoming. The pool area accommodated both the sun worshippers and those of us who like the outside but prefer the shade. Parking was convenient. We reccommend the Hollander Hotel without reservation! "
