"I loved this place! The location was centrally located - about 20 minutes to walk to the harbour and centre of town. The staff were amazing - it felt like we were with family. "It was a nice stay. The 2 room suite we were in was fine. The ‘sitting room’ was kind of an afterthought? 1 picture 2 chairs and a sofa. Okay-didn’t need high end but the elevator was on the other side of the wall. It was a nice view and right on the bayfront-very walkable and easy access to everything. Nice people"

"Wonderful staff, at the front desk & at the bar. So friendly & helpful, very welcoming! The hotel seems to be in need of a bit of an update - very creaky bed, toilet kept running, bathtub/shower probably needed to be redone/updated. Overall great location & cozy stay, just could use a few updates & some sprucing. "

"We arrived late after our flight was delayed only to find that the door code provided would not work to gain us entry. After hours on the phone with VRBO we gave up. This was around 3am at this point after traveling all day. We couldnt get anyone from the property management company on the phone until the following day at which time they acknowledged that their keypad software was malfunctioning and they offered us less than we paid for the night back as a refund. "Unit was clean and perfect size for 2 people. Loved that we were able to take our fur babies with us. Walls are a little thin so you can hear people upstairs above unit but not too bad. Great location access to highway and all the downtown spots. Very accommodating and responsive host. "
