"I loved this place! The location was centrally located - about 20 minutes to walk to the harbour and centre of town. The staff were amazing - it felt like we were with family. Restaurant: The food was really good. Simple and tasty. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The veranda was so nice to enjoy a coffee or meal. Amazing dessert options. "The furniture looked and felt like old Good Will vintage. The bed was uncomfortable. What looked to be a sofa cushion was blocked by railings and couldn’t be used. The shower was a trickle of water. The pool that appears in the picture was dirty and blocked by fencing. The outdoor furniture was old, dirty and uncomfortable. The food was of poor quality. The excellence award at the front entrance is not applicable. The housekeeper was pleasant and helpful."

The hotel seems to be in need of a bit of an update - very creaky bed, toilet kept running, bathtub/shower probably needed to be redone/updated. Overall great location & cozy stay, just could use a few updates & some sprucing. "
