"NEED actual TV remote control for the TV itself to adjust the brightness. TV was WAY too bright for viewing in the dark. I stay in the hotel to recover from Jet Lag from Asia and sleep at odd hours."

"I just came back from a conference for which I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is lovely hotel with beautiful decor and old world charm that I believe some people have called dated. The location is very convenient with a mall nearby and eateries everywhere around. The monorail leaves from the mall next door. I took the Link Lightrail from the airport which made the trip so smooth and easy and only $3. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with no noise from elevators or rooms next doors. Some outside sounds such as sirens could be heard at night. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were fast and never busy. The staff are very kind and obliging, inquiring about any needs and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I went to Seattle. "
