"We travel to Richmond every year on this weekend and this is our second time in this hotel. We love how convenient it is and on top of that it is a nice venue, people is nice and attentive, the property has a classic style but the rooms are being updated. We love that our room had vinyl floors instead of carpet. Restaurant in now open for business. "

"The room was extremely humid. There was no ventilation in the bathroom / shower. The water was dripping from the windows. The help desk sent an engineering team to check. All they did was turn the heat down to 60s, so the room didn’t feel humid. On a piece of paper they wrote, they fixed the problem. We were offered another room, but given our short stay, and the fact that we were told other rooms were the same, we decided to stay. Hopefully the problem can get fixed for the future guests. "

"Excellent visit overall. The hotel was full and only had 2 elevators working, so it was always a wait for the elevator. Bed and shower were awesome! Walkable to Altria Theatre and downtown restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"The overall stay was good. The one negative is I had put the Do Not Disturb doorhanger on the outside of the door. I didn't need my room refreshed. It was done anyway. I would have like for that simple request to be followed. For future reference. "
