This property was clean and very convenient to downtown venues. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only problem was that around 5 am each morning the trucks and construction noise began. This shouldn't last forever but it was very disruptive. Also the bathroom was configured so that the sink which was way too small was basically out in the open. Just weird. With that said, we would return if we wanted to be in walking distance of broadway or the ryman. Also Martin's BBQ is across the street, great place!

No knowledge of construction. For 2 evenings my husband and I could not get sleep with construction going though 11 pm with a flight time of 5am. Ridiculous!!! No apology or notification so that we may have been able to select another hotel.

I never requested any parking as I was walking everywhere did not rent a car or anything, yet when I came back home I realized on my bank account they had charged $107.06. I called and they said it was for two night parking. If I wouldn't have checked my bank account they would've gotten away with it.

When we entered are room the toilet was leaking all over the floor when we got there. Maintenance fixed it right away and no other problems occured. Very convenient to the strip

I usually love Hampton Inns. This time the construction next door made it hard for transport Ubers in and out. The dining area the couches were severely warn out did not look good at all. The hotel halls were noisy. Lots of slamming doors. The internet was horrible. I could not even get online on my my phone or my computer. Tried several times. Needed to do some work but could never get logged in. I have Verizon and it kept dropping my phone calls as well. People outside begging us for money right outside the front door. Nothing like my stay at the Hilton just 1 block up the street in July. I should have paid the $200 more and stayed there and I will next time. Just not the normal Hampton Inn Experience that I have always had. Very disappointed but lesson learned. Hampton inn is owned my Hilton but far from the quality in this Hampton Inns case.

Great location - walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, bars, etc., including Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was helpful. NOTE - valet parking was 50/day which was a lot, but valet staff were super helpful and friendly.
