"The hotel was lovely. The rooms were large, clean, and had a wonderful view. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Our flight got in early in the morning and they allowed to get breakfast in the restaurant and sit at the pool until our room was ready. They helped us with taxis and information. They were so great and I highly recommend them. "

"This is an excellent hotel. It is in a very convenient location, close to the bus depot and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our favorite one is Patagonia Brewing Company across the street. The hotel is beautiful and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. We had an afternoon flight to catch and they kindly extended our check out time. The breakfast buffet has excellent choices of fruits, beverages, pastries and hot food, etc. We are very happy with our choice of staying here. Thank you!!"

"Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend. "

"Staff provided outstanding services. It is in a quiet environment with a jungle-like set-up. Inclusion of breakfast in a buffet set-up was good with hot food items and fresh fruits. Check-in is at 2 pm; however, if you arrive early and would like to start sightseeing before check-in, the hotel has storage room where you can safely leave your luggage. I would have given all 5 stars if the digital lock of the safe deposit box in our room works and 2 complimentary bottled water have been provided each day for me and my husband during our 2-night stay. "
