"The hotel was lovely. The rooms were large, clean, and had a wonderful view. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Our flight got in early in the morning and they allowed to get breakfast in the restaurant and sit at the pool until our room was ready. They helped us with taxis and information. They were so great and I highly recommend them. "

"This is an excellent hotel. It is in a very convenient location, close to the bus depot and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our favorite one is Patagonia Brewing Company across the street. The hotel is beautiful and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. We had an afternoon flight to catch and they kindly extended our check out time. The breakfast buffet has excellent choices of fruits, beverages, pastries and hot food, etc. We are very happy with our choice of staying here. Thank you!!"

"Short walk to town and food. In house resturant was good. Right by the bus stop to visit falls. Shower head needs replacing and soap despensers were empty. Pump soap dispensers at the sink had to be unscrewed to despense product. Staff was excellent."

"We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch."

"Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend. "
