"Perfectly located in downtown Denver with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Check-in was seamless with incredibly friendly & welcoming staff. The flowers in the lobby are always stunning. My room had a terrific view and was expertly appointed. The housekeeping staff was terrific and I enjoyed turndown service each night. "Booked a room for two nights. The first night the room did not get below 72 even though the air conditioning was on. We were moved to a new room for the second night and the air did not appear to work in that room either, but the room did not get above 68. Overheard another guest complaining about their room being hot as well. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was great. Convenient location to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, but it was not worth the price even without the temperature...
