We were upgraded because of our Hotels.com status so that was a nice treat. Free welcome drink upon arrival and free coffee and burritos in the morning are a great touch. "

"After getting ill upon arrival, I was trying, but not succeeding, to give myself sustenance. The wonderful staff noticed and checked in on me. They even brought me a Gatorade, Life Water and electrolytes. I was able to recover in 24 hours. My vacation was saved by their generous actions."

I was in town under very difficult circumstances—my father had been in a tragic train accident that left him paralyzed. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The restaurant staff, especially the morning crew, provided top-tier hospitality. They kept my room immaculate and even left a care package in my room, which was such a thoughtful and much-needed surprise.
