"Upon getting to our room we noticed it was very cold so we put the heater on full blast and then left to get dinner. When we returned the room was still cold and the heater wasn't working. We call the front desk and they sent maintenance up to check it. He worked on that heater for almost an hour before accepting defeat and offering to move us to another room. The move was seamless and the front desk staff was great about it. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel and the lady running it...
