"I was happy to stay here, the location is excellent, the room didn't disappoint me as well - big, nice, cozy and clean. One of 2 chairs was broken and tgey didnt have another to replace, but as I stayed alone I didn't need it. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, but they brought it as soon as I asked for it. Its very quiet, the bed is supercomfortable and big. The swimming pool is small, you can't really swim there. Not much equipment in the gym, but nice. The breakfast is good, some omelete,...

"Good location. Walkable to plenty of restaurants/shops. Gave us a few bottles of water upon check-in - PLUS. Had complimentary breakfast, but the food was just ok - and they were slow to replenish food & plates. Staff was very pleasant. Parking was extremely expensive - cheaper to book off-site. Pool was nice but usually low on towels unless you came in the morning. Overall a solid hotel and would stay there again. "

"Valentines couple get away. They have nicely renovated the Hyatt near the convention center. The concierge, Roger, was very friendly and generous by giving us two free drinks at the top of the hotel lounge and dessert coupons at the restaurant we were planning to have dinner at. It was not overly busy which we appreciated. Fun couples getaway downtown!"
