"Everything was good with the exception of the toilet in the bathroom. It looked like there was dried urine on the toilet seat. Luckily, I had brought Clorox wipes with me. It made me worry about the shape of the rest of the room but the rest was immaculate. I know others have used the room before, you just shouldn't be that reminded of it. "

"This hotel is in a great location. It’s in the heart of downtown Dallas We walked just about everywhere. The daily breakfast that was provided was very good. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but very clean and centrally located. We would stay there again."

"The only downside was the parking. I have a wheelchair bound child so parking off site wouldn’t have been feasible. And a two night stay was almost $100. Other than that I loved the property and service."

"After an emergency set back our trip arrival 24 hours, the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our reservation stayed intact. They handled the situation with so much care. The room was fantastic. Team was fantastic. Location was great, with lots of food and entertainment in a walkable area. Yes, there were some characters outside but I have no question where to book my next trip to dallas"
