"The lady who checked us in was not nice at all. Not only did she not provide us information, she missed out on checking in the second room on the reservation. And did not provide any information that we heard other guests being provided. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location that is close to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the other staff were nice. The breakfast was also very good."

"Terrific hotel in the mid city area of Los Angeles. Perfect if you want to go visit the Academy Museum. The rooms are modern and clean with great air circulation. Hotel staff is prompt and super friendly. We stayed in a wonderful room on the fifth floor, complete with a deep, soaking tub, which was excellent. We’ll stay again! "

"I loved the Shuttle to the city walk. We had a nice pool view room but it did get a little loud with everyone playing in the pool at night. But we were so tired it really didn’t matter. "
