"This was once the newest, high end hotel in downtown Charlotte. There have been newer hotels built over the past years BUT.... this is STILL a very nice hotel! "

"From the time we were picked up in the included shuttle to the next morning check out, they were very friendly. The room, bathroom and bedding were clean and nice. Nice included breakfast with fresh hot coffee. Convenient and on time shuttle service back to airport. "
