"The house was charming, well appointed and within walking distance of downtown Fredericksburg. The king beds were extremely comfortable. The fire pit and seating areas outside were perfect. And before and during our stay, communications from our host were excellent! "

"House was very clean, nice neighborhood very easily accessible. We just were never made aware that since the house is listed for sale that the property would randomly be shown by realtors (who accompanied families) and they’d just be walking in during our stay. That was really unsettling because we never knew if during our stay and we were out, if people would be walking through while our belongings were left unattended. And having a realtor walk in and wake us from a nap was definitely not fun...

"Overall, it was a great location and a nice property. Unfortunately there were a few things that needed work. The hot tub Jets worked the first night we got there and but the control broke to turn on the Jets. We were there four more days and it was never fixed during our stay. The fireplace remote control did not work the floor was very dirty. After walking around with bare feet, the bottom of your feet were black. "
