"My husband, our friends, and I had such a wonderful time here! We each had our own space since they stayed in the cottage which wasn't attached to the house and it was only five minutes to downtown. And all on 5 acres with total privacy. We enjoyed watching the animals in the morning (squirrels, turtles, birds, chickens, deer, sheep, cows) but there was no smell like you can get on some more rustic locations. ;) We had what we needed. "Our family and in-laws stayed here for a few days over spring break. The home is lovely, clean with nice amenities. The kids loved the game room and was nice to have the separate casita for the in-laws so they could sleep in if they wanted. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Location is great, feels private but easy to get into central Fredericksburg. Check in and out process were easy."

"The property is very nice. There was plenty of room for our group and it was very secluded in beautiful countryside. But there a few things that need to be addressed. The third gate to the property did not work and had to be left open the entire time we were there. Some horses came into the property and the kids could not be outside because they were aggressive..The kitchen sink sprayed the user with water when in use.The keurig coffee maker did not work , we had to bring the coffee maker out...
