We really enjoyed our stay! Despite its age, this inn was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and there was no hotel smell, which was wonderful. Everyone at the front-desk was friendly and extremely helpful. It is also very conveniently positioned near downtown. I will definitely be staying here again!

All very clean, great location, great check-in and great checkout. The breakfast food was excellent as well as the manager of the dining room, Ms. Lexus was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay at this Sunday House Inn very much! When we go back to Fredericksburg this is where we will try to stay again!
