"Great location and super friendly staff in the pool area and the front desk. The Solera restaurant was hit or miss for both the staff/service and the food. It was overpriced and the staff was slow even when they weren’t busy. But there are more than enough local restaurants within walking distance on Ashford to grab a bite, so after a poor experience at Solera on Day 1, we just ate elsewhere and it was great. The location of La Concha is excellent and extremely walkable, we’d definitely stay again! "

"Our stay was fantastic. My wife and I had a suite room with balcony and the upgrade to have outdoor space to enjoy the air and view was definitely worth it. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They prepared a special treat for us waiting in our room when we arrived because we were there to celebrate a special occasion (actually two of them!). They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and impressed. Room and common areas, including pools and deck areas, were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again."

Overall Do Not Hesitate to Stay At This Resort, Overall Awesome. Cannot wait to Come After Construction is Complete. Go Team!"
