"Given the age of the hotel, there is some wear and tear in the rooms. But, the staffs were very nice and accommodating. They even brought an air cooler to our room since there is no air condition during winter. The best part of the hotel are the staffs, they were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t get everyones name but thank you Ivanka and team."

I was given to understand that there will be breakfast for 2, but somehow hotels.com only provided breakfast for 1. Tried to resolve this with hotels.com, only to be met with extremely rude service agents. "
