" We stayed in two rooms (3006 and 3008) for five nights at this hotel, and our experience was truly exceptional. 1. The reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, showing incredible generosity by granting us both an early check-in and a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. 2. Room service was impressively quick. They immediately cleaned our room whenever they noticed us opening the door, allowing us to maximize our time and fully enjoy our holiday. 3. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive and efficient, quickly clearing my finished plates to free up space while ensuring my coffee remained untouched to reserve my table as I picked up more food. They also kindly allowed me to pack some breakfast for my wife and children, who were still asleep, making sure they didn’t miss out on the wonderful meal. 4. A special mention goes to Ms. Tammy, the front desk manager, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She informed us about the late-night supper service, complete with 24-hour coffee, and even went the extra mile by helping me order medication for my stomach flu, which arrived within just half an hour. 5. The hotel's location was quite convenient, as we had already known when making the reservation. Though access to the entrance required using Didi (China's ride-hailing app), it was manageable and added to the convenience of our stay. "From the very start we had a fantastic stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. The rooms are a little bit small but are extra comfortable. Good hot showers, fridge, kettle, wifi and extremely comfortable beds with excellent linen. The room is all electronically controlled, but is easy to master. Free breakfast had good Chinese and western options. A big shout out to Laura, Cathy and Miss Wang who made our stay extra special. If the price is good again, this will be the only I place I will stay while in Beijing "

"The location is very central. It's right next to a subway station, just a few blocks way from the Tiananmen square and within walking distance from the Forbidden city. The staff, Lucky, James and Amber are very helpful and nice. However, the TVs are small, shower drain and hinge were a bit rusty, the heater was not controlable, and light switches were not labeled. Overall, it's really good for the price "
