"The staff were lovely and did their best in spite of language probkems. Suggest giving them clear short written notes. I was here for 4 days gone for eight and back for one and they remembered a specisl request I made the first time. Excellent location, just beside the global trade centre. On the negative side the Internet access is really bad- even by Chinese standards and the mattress is quite hard."

"the place looks fine, the only single thing that was bad was the cleaning less of the place. as soon as I entered into the room I could smell that the bathroom hasn't been clean for a while. I went to the bathroom and there is a stain of pee in the toilet, the glass door of the shower was stain in dirt. seems that they have never clean the bathroom, plus there was an awful smell from the bathroom. it was soooo bad that I needed to close the door of the bathroom otherwise the smell will spread...

"We had a Travelocity reservation at this hotel. It was very difficult to find (including others we asked help to find) as the hotel map link information in the email was an inaccurate pointer within Google Maps (in English), tucked in an alley way. We approached the desk and said we had a reservation. We were puzzled, even showing we have a Travelocity confirmation email on our phone. Still the desk agent refused us and WOULD NOT look on the computer. There was a mail employee in the desk...
