The spa staff was uncoordinated and untrained The front desk unmanned for several minutes, so I had to find someone to check me in. My masseuse was clueless, giving me the worst deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She never introduced herself, confirmed my name or length and type of treatment nor asked for or followed my requests about areas to focus on. It is a VERY awkward...
