"The staff were amazing they went out of there way to accomadate me and my guest the building itself is in need of some major repairs but I had a great and felt very comfortable during my stay!"

"Convenient on/off I88. Great, friendly staff! Walmart next door and great dining choices. Nice, clean rooms with a Huge TV! Great price, too👍Didn't take advantage of the pool, but as hotel pools go, it's big! Will definitely stay again."

"We have stayed at this O'Connell's three times prior to this visit. We have loved it each time, however this time we were particularly impressed. They have made some improvements. It seemed to be in great condition with the same friendliness and family feel. "

"I visit family once or twice a year in Freeport IL. Country Inn is perfect. In town. Close to restaurants. Free breakfast. The only reason it’s not perfect is 2x the hot tub was broke. Otherwise works well coming from out of town. Happy with their service, friendly people. "
