"We were welcomed by friendly staff, the room was small but very nice, the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks were more than expected. A thing that we didn’t expect, unfortunately, was that our guest room toilet didn’t flush well. Hotel even left instructions for us to only flush natural waste but not the toilet paper. We found this very strange! "

Laundry service (amazing, comes back to you hung up and lint-rolled), breakfast buffet (continental, international and ethnic) and non-alcoholic refreshments are included from 10:00-17:00. 17:00-19:00 at the Club Lounge includes alcoholic beverages and light snacks. The pool is a bit dated, but it's a rooftop view with full sunlight in the Saigon heat, so that makes up for it. We stayed in the Club Suite room which comes with slippers and bath robes, and will definitely come back. "

"Next to the Saigon Central mall, and a few blocks from Ben Thanh market - the biggest array of shops in the city. Our only complaint was that there was no power plug in the bathroom. Strange."
