"12 of us stayed for 7 days, more than enough room for everyone, right on the beach. If you don’t want to swim or sit on the beach, you have a lovely pool and Jacuzzi to sit in. "its about a 20min walk to the beach along city streets some without side walks. The Pacifico beach club they talk about is definitely a drive and it is 35/person over age 12. Pools were very nice. If you would like to do pickle ball or tennis you do need reservations, we brought our own paddles but got kicked out the first night even though was empty because didn’t have reservation. Overall property and playa de coco were beautiful. There is a walking/hiking trail with a fair amount of loose...

"The condo is in a great location with beautiful pools, close to beaches and a safe gated facility. We did have some problems with the air conditioning and hot water, but the management team was always quick to respond and fix the problems. However we never had hot water in 1 of the bathrooms. "

"We had a wonderful experience with The Palms. Michael was quick to respond whenever I had a question, and the Welcome Guide that he shared after we booked was extremely helpful. When we arrived, the staff at The Palms welcomed us, gave a brief introduction to the property, answered questions and made us feel welcome. We had ordered some groceries through the concierge ahead of our visit and everything was there for us when we arrived. The unit and the property were both better than the pictures...

"Four of my friends and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was incredible! Exceeded our expectations. So clean and comfortable. The layout of the house is excellent with private bathrooms and a large living space. The pool and patio are perfect for relaxing. Very secure with a fence and gate as well as a guard at the entrance of the neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Spent a week at this clean, well decorated and comfortable beach house within walking minutes to Playa Penca and Playa Prieta. Melissa and Richard were fantastic hosts and were truly a pleasure to chat with and made us feel very much at home during our stay. I am already missing our mornings drinking coffee on the front porch admiring their beautiful landscaping while planning our daily adventures. Without question we will definitely be back!"

"Six college roommates, all 65, enjoyed three nights here. Everything we needed was included. Kitchen was very well stocked including blender, hand mixer, drip coffee maker and filters. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Pool and outdoor area are amazing and the views are spectacular. Able to walk to a mini-market and the beach."

"This house is just as shown in the pictures. The view, pool and bedrooms were the best. Each room had its own en-suite. Well stocked kitchen. My only complaint would we got to the house at night and there were no lights and the key is located in a very dark area. Loved this place and we will return!"
