"The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. "

"We stayed at Casa Timlin during spring break 2025. The house is gorgeous with tons of modern amenities and priceless views of the bay. Tim, Ian and Reyna went out of their way to make us feel at absolutely on vacation. Ian knows lots of people and was able to get us a beautiful boat for the next day! "Casa Ventura is very comfortable and relaxing. The pool in the backyard is wonderful as they keep it cool. My daughter and I stayed for a week and hated to leave. The house had all the amenity's needed for a great vacation. Both bedrooms have AC units which made sleeping restful. It is a short ride or walk to town and beach. We would definitely stay at Casa Ventura next time we go to Costa Rica."

"We loved the house and the help we got from our host when needed. Everything was clean and new. We loved the pool and the house was a great place to stay near some of the better restaurants and the fruit stand in town.My only complaint is that when I booked this it was listed as a “5 minute walk to the beach” which simply isn’t accurate. It’s more of a 10-15 minute walk on the busy Main Street and just not a great walk in general."

"The Casa Nahua is a little gem in Tamarindo. The room was fairly small, but clean and arranged sensibly. The bathroom was definitely recently updated and had a modern feel. Nice shower with shampoo and conditioner, both! And shower gel. The room has a smart TV so you can watch whatever streaming services you want to. The only downside to the room was that the fridge did not seal fully so it didn't cool its contents as well as it should have and we had to buy ice at the very nearby grocery...
