The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. We were also terribly displeased with the neighborhood, which seemed like a slum since there were multiple...

"The property itself is like a park. The house is expansive and designed in a way that makes it easy to gather and be sociable. There are also spaces that allow individual privacy. The kitchen is very usable and includes an island for food preparation and chatting. This rental makes a good headquarters for day trips to nearby attractions."
