"This is a smaller resort which we liked. Pool was nice and beach was a short walk. We had a Junior King Suite, nice setup, however would have loved to have in the room a comfy chair or sofa to relax or stretch out on instead of the bed. The French restaurant is closed so that limited our choices. The Italian food was great, best risotto! The wait, pool and bar staff was very friendly. "We enjoyed our stay at Tamarindo Diria but it definitely wasn't as nice as other hotels we stayed at during our vacation. Pros: Beautiful pools and amazing location. "If you would like a relaxing vacation by the beach, this is the place to stay beautiful location, beautiful rooms. The service was outstanding. They have a number of restaurants to choose from last night. We had a barbecue on the beach, which was excellent. You can get a golf cart to go to a restaurant that’s nearby so you don’t need to have a car for that. It’s about 45 minutes from the big city beach. I would definitely come again. "

"Love the location of this condo. The pool is nice and it is only about 10 -15 mins walk to the beach. Also, there is a sidewalk so you are not walking on the main road with cars and trucks and motorbikes. There is a small grocery store located at the front of the condo and it has everything including meat and vegetables and fruits. The only thing I would fault this place is the mattress.
